Indulge yourself: 2 weeks of arm-shaping, inner thigh firming, ab toning pilates, 2x a week! Total: 5 classes. Expect to work out on the pilates reformer, springboard, and chair + learn intermediate/advanced mat moves designed to reawaken your relationship with your abdominals, then add in some weights, therabands, and balls, and prepare to notice a significant change in your posture, abdominal strength, and overall well-being.
