Class Descriptions

Amazing Abs: Weds, 7:30am
In addition to a killer ab workout, this class will perfect your posture, lengthen your legs, and beautify your booty.

Core Mat Essentials: Tues, 7pm
This fun class focuses on a rigorous pilates mat workout for all those areas we want in top form: abs, booty and arms. Each week focuses on the use of a different prop while applying basic pilates principles, and includes stretching and lengthening sequences. All levels welcome.

Springboard / Mat /Ball (all levels): Mon, 7:30pm
This combination offers the best of all worlds: mat work plus the resistance training of traditional pilates equipment, stability and ab challenges.

Equipment Class: Sat, 11:15 am   
Each week we will focus on a different piece of equipment: the chair, reformer, and springboard. Ideal for those who are interested in learning more about the repertoire and are interested in a challenging, fun work-out to condition the upper and lower body, develop strength and flexibility, transform postural muscles, and develop that hallmark of the pilates method - amazing abs! All levels. Price: $35/session; 6 sessions/ $200; 10 sessions/$300

Introduction to Pilates: Tues and Thurs, 10:00 am
Experience the benefits of a consistent pilates practice: improved posture and upper body strength, increased flexibility, and ease of movement. A gentler version of the classic mat repertoire, this class is appropriate if you are new to pilates, haven't exercised in awhile, or if you would like to learn - or refine your understanding - of basic pilates principles. Price: $25 drop-in; 10 sessions/$200 (based on 1 class per week); 10 sessions/$180 (based on 2 classes per week).

Pilates Barre = Aspirational Exercise:
Mon, 6pm; Wed, 9:30am; Thurs, 7pm; Fridays 4:30pm

Achieve the body you aspire to with this new and fun approach to fitness.Each 55-minute class combines Pilates mat, ballet barre techniques using resistance, balance and stretching exercises with fresh choreography to improve your strength and lean out your physique, while helping posture and flexibility.
Class sizes are limited to ensure an intimate setting allowing for individualized attention. All levels welcome

Posture Perfect Mat w/Props: Thurs 12pm
This class hones in on core strength and overall flexibility with traditional mat plus the added twist of upper body/postural work with the theraband and magic circle. You'll feel the core burn plus build and sculpt beautiful posture. Amber is certified in Fletcher towel technique which targets shoulder and postural imbalances.
